manager for several years in Lutetia.He gives us a concise
history of Lutetia before introducing to us the new policies
for the years ahead.

" Our
company has been selling highly innovative equipment and
processes for food-processing manufacturers for 30 years.
Historically speaking, we focused on meat products, with
the curing process in particular. We developed processes
such as vacuum-defrosting by steam, which are based on the
massager whose design has been steadily improved to meet
the manufacturers' requirements.
What we offer also includes a range of injectors, cookers, sealing
and forming machines.
We
have diversified our range to go into new areas such as seafood,
ready-made meals, fruit and vegetables, the cheese industry,
etc.
Major innovations such as the consolidation of processes into
one single operation, cryogenics or cryogenic coating in particular
have contributed to the success of manufacturers in joining
these new markets which are today high value-added markets.
Our
philosophy has remained unchanged.
Keep our customers satisfied by focusing closely on their
concerns.
Since we go into their production units, yield-improving solutions
are found and are adapted to suit their expertise.
This is why, today, over
8,000 defrosting, injecting & tenderizing, cooking & smoking,
and multi-purpose units are in use worldwide.
Export represents over 60 % of our turnover. However, in
France as around the world, we believe in helping manufacturers
to improve their production. "
