Definition

 Hard wood sawdust (beech, ash) is burnt in a low-oxygen atmosphere.The smoke obtained is filtered so as to eliminate the particles. It is then condensed in an exchanger with air recirculation.

 The smoke turns to liquid (pH : 2.5). It then circulates through cold condensers to obtain the concentration of active constituents. It is eventually left for settling so as to eliminate tar.
Packaging
 Several flavours are available. The liquid smoke is available in drums of 10, 25, 200 and 1,000 kg.
